As part of our community development efforts built on trust, collaboration, and cooperation, Kings RSC has engaged two Outreach Workers to support individuals experiencing homelessness and precarious housing. Our approach is centered around understanding each person’s unique needs and meeting them where they are, offering compassionate, tailored assistance.
To foster inclusive and accessible support, our outreach workers host weekly open house sessions at the Sussex Regional Library—a warm, welcoming space intended to serve individuals from across the region.
These sessions occur every Wednesday from 2-4pm at the Sussex Regional Library (46 Magnolia Ave, Sussex). Anyone experiencing homelessness or precarious housing, including those couch surfing or in temporary arrangements, is warmly invited to connect with an outreach worker to explore available supports.
Everyone is welcome, valued, and encouraged to participate.
