In accordance with the Regional Services Delivery Act and the regulations, a Commission shall provide or facilitate the provision of the following common services:
- a solid waste disposal service;
- a regional transportation service;
- a land use planning service
- to its members that are local governments that are not providing their own land use planning service, and
- to its rural district member.
