The following Payment Options in preferred order for all services are available:

  • Interac Electronic Funds Transfer (send transfer to info@kingsrsc.ca),
  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) over phone (preferred method) or in-office,
  • Cheque mail-in (preferred method) or in-office
  • Debit Card/Cash in-office only.

  • Zoning Compliance Letter $200
  • Temporary Uses Application $250
  • Variance, Similar Uses, Non-conforming uses, Conditional uses $250
  • Rezoning $1500
  • Document Approvals $100
  • Subdivision Type One (no new road) $200 + $25/lot
  • Subdivision Type Two (new road or access) $500 + $50/lot
  • Building Permit $25 + $5 per $1000 (labour & material)
